Bio-based nylon 11 — highly ductile and impact-resistant, from renewable castor oil. For snap-fits, clips, prosthetics and parts that must flex without breaking.
PA11PA11 is a bio-based nylon derived from renewable castor oil. It offers markedly higher ductility and impact resistance than PA12 with excellent fatigue life — ideal for parts that flex repeatedly or absorb impact without cracking. It prints support-free with a natural matte finish, and is common in snap-fits, clips, sports gear, orthotics and prosthetics, and living-hinge parts.
