Material overview

PA12 (nylon 12) is the workhorse SLS powder. Laser-sintered fully without supports, it produces tough, near-isotropic parts with a uniform matte finish, good chemical resistance and biocompatible / skin-contact grades. It is the default choice for functional prototypes, enclosures, ducting, jigs and small-batch end-use parts — and takes dyeing, vapor smoothing and painting cleanly.
