A flexible, rubber-like elastomer printed without supports — for gaskets, grips, living hinges and shock-absorbing lattices impossible to mold economically.
TPUTPU is a laser-sintered elastomer that combines rubber-like flexibility with abrasion and tear resistance. Because SLS needs no supports, it prints complex lattices, bellows and living hinges that can’t be molded economically — with tunable stiffness through geometry. Ideal for gaskets, seals, grips, footwear midsoles, shock absorbers and flexible enclosures. Standard surface is matte black; dyeing available.
