STEREOLITHOGRAPHY (SLA)
SLA is ideal for visual prototyping and making parts with smooth, detailed surfaces. It works best for projects that need complex designs or precise details.
Stereolithography (SLA) is a leading 3D printing method renowned for producing precise, uniform, and moisture resistant prototypes.

In this process, a UV laser beam traces the object's cross-section on the liquid resin surface, solidifying it. After each layer solidifies, the build plate descends slightly, and a fresh resin layer is applied. This cycle continues until the object is fully formed.

Once printing is finished, the object undergoes a wash to eliminate residual resin, followed by UV light curing to ensure complete material hardening. The result is a high-resolution, detailed object with a smooth surface finish, ideal for technical applications.

Special Finishing
![Stereolithography](/wp-content/uploads/special-finishing-1.png)
A post-production process. It involves the coating or covering of the surface of a workpiece with a thin layer of metal for improving corrosion resistance, hardening the material surface, paint adhesion, wearability of part and heat resistance.

Paints specifically for plastics usually end up working the best for 3D printed parts.
This process serves to color your parts directly with your choice of color.
