What does this EverCare plan cover?
This EverCare plan covers the full XiP Pro workflow — the XiP Pro printer plus the xWASH wash station and xCURE cure station — under one service and warranty agreement for up to five named users. It bundles priority support with warranty service across all three units.
How long is this plan?
This is the 2-year term, prepaid up front for two years of continuous coverage of the printer, xWASH, and xCURE — usually a lower effective annual rate than renewing yearly. A 1-year and a 3-year version are also available.
Why cover the wash and cure units too?
On the XiP Pro, wash and cure are part of the production chain — downtime on the xWASH or xCURE stalls finished parts just as a printer fault would. Covering all three under one EverCare plan keeps the whole workflow supported, with a single renewal to manage.
