Wash and cure sized to the XiP plate
The 5.5 L basket takes the XiP build plate whole, so parts are not handled twice, and the 405 nm tower rotates under a reflector hood so a batch cures evenly. Cure schedules come from the resin data sheet — validated with Nexa3D's material partners, not guessed from a timer.

The Nexa3D Wash+Cure is the desktop post-processing unit for the XiP: a 5.5 L sealed wash bucket with magnetic stirring and a 405 nm LED cure tower with a rotating base, so a build plate goes from printer to finished part on one bench without a second machine.

A lidded bucket with a basket that takes the XiP build plate whole or loose parts — solvent stays covered between cycles instead of evaporating.
Magnetic stirring
Stirrers keep solvent moving so cleaning is consistent across the plate. Runs with xCLEAN or isopropanol, whichever your resin calls for.
405 nm cure tower
An LED tower on a rotating base, with a hood carrying internal reflectors so the part is lit from every side rather than one.

Wash
Drop the whole XiP build plate — or loose prints — into the basket, close the lid, and let the magnetic stirrers do the work in xCLEAN or IPA.
Rinse and dry
Run a second bucket of clean solvent if you want a two-stage wash, then dry fully. Residual solvent under a part is the usual cause of tacky surfaces.
Cure
Move the parts under the 405 nm tower and cure to the time on your resin’s data sheet. The rotating base keeps exposure even across the batch.
