Description

OptimScan-5M Plus 3D scanner is a high-precision 3D inspection scanner with narrow-band blue light source and upgraded high-resolution industrial lens, it provides better detail performance in scanning and smoother data quality. Three sets of high-resolution industrial lenses are used according to different size object, making it more flexible and adapt- able. It is widely applied in reverse engineering, quality inspection and quality control. OptimScan-5M Plus is the ideal companion for a fully automated, machine driven shopfl oor environment. It´s fl exible structure allows to use it on a fixed tripod as well as in conjunction with robotic systems.  The innovative blue light 3D scanning technology is ideal for the precise scanning of small to medium sized filigree and complex objects with an outstanding accuracy capacity powered by three sets of 5.0 mega pixel cameras. The versatility and simplicity of the software enable the OptimScan 5M Plus to adapt perfectly to demanding batch inspection tasks as well as  single case inspection jobs. In terms of data processing, OptimScan 5M Plus comes with an easy-to-use intuitive operation software and the scanning data can be imported into any mainstream inspection software in the market.

HIGH RESOLUTION

Three sets of 5 megapixel high resolution cameras and 1080P projection are used to obtain high precision features.

HIGH ACCURACY

Single shot accuracy can reach up to 0.005mm, scanner provides the function of environmental vibration detection and effectively ensure high quality data and precision.

Alignment Compare

The RPS reference positioning system and the reference alignment function achieve high-precision automatic alignment. It can effectively ensure the accuracy of deviation analysis. Multiple deviation analysis functions can be used to meet the different needs.

Measurement Evaluation

It supports dimensions of ASMEY14.5GD&T tolerance and geometric. The software can also automatically calculate the deviation between reference and actual value, and get the accurate calculation result.
