KS408A UV SLA Resin Material: High-Precision Solution for 3D Printing
What your process engineer actually checks
Locked, traceable lot chemistry
Every lot ships with a COA documenting PSD, sphericity, flow rate, apparent density, and full chemistry — and a lot number you can trace. Aerospace and medical teams reorder 4+ times without re-qualifying.
Qualified parameters, not just powder
Validated parameter sets for EOS M 290, Renishaw 500Q, SLM 280, and our own AO Metal LPBF ship with the order. Load the profile and hit density on the first build — no parameter-development burn.
A materials engineer on the line
Questions on ferrite content, flowability, recyclate ratios, or HIP response? A materials engineer answers directly — not a contact-form bot. Most replies in under 4 hours, NDA standard.
KS408A is the most popular SLA resin for accurate, detailed parts, perfect for testing model designs to ensure proper structure and function before full production. It produces white ABS-like parts with accurate, durable and moisture resistant features. It is ideal for prototyping and functional testing, saving time, money and material during product development. KS408A UV Resin is a precision and durable ABS-like lithography resin used in SLA 3D printers. It is a master model for the production of common 3D printing materials, automotive, medical, consumer electronics and other industrial fields, conceptual models, general components, functional components can be produced. The parts durability building with KS408A is over 6.5months.
typical features
- The medium viscosity of the liquid resin makes the re-coating as well as the machine and parts cleaning easier
- Improved strength and dimension retention in humid condition
- Need minimal part finishing
- Long shelf life in machine

SLA 3D PRINTING TECHNOLOGY
Stereolithography (SLA) is an advanced method of 3D printing that allows for the creation of highly detailed and smooth parts. This technique is particularly beneficial for projects requiring complex geometries.
- A UV laser draws the object’s cross-section on the surface of a liquid resin, hardening it layer by layer.
- After solidifying each layer, the build platform lowers, allowing for a new layer of resin to flow in. This process continues until the complete resin object is formed.
- Once resin 3d printing is finished, the part is cleaned to remove any excess resin and UV light is used to fully cure it. The outcome is a high-resolution part that meets your project’s specifications.

From process engineers running KS408A UV SLA Resin Material: High-Precision Solution for 3D Printing
Unedited feedback from customers who reorder KS408A UV SLA Resin Material: High-Precision Solution for 3D Printing.
Same lot 4 times in a row. We stopped re-running parameter sweeps after the second order — density was identical to the first build.
Asked about ferrite content on a Friday. A materials engineer answered Monday morning with actual data, not a sales pitch. That's why we keep ordering.
COA matches the bottle. PSD and flow are exactly what was on the sheet — we run it on a Renishaw 500Q and it hits density on the first try.
