SLA 3D Printing Service.
Large-format resin, shipped fast.
Single-piece resin parts up to 106 in (2.7 m) — one of the largest resin build volumes in the US, printed in one piece with no glued seams. 80–100 µm layers, ±0.15 mm tolerance, 11 production resins — quoted instantly, with a named engineer in Los Angeles.
Read in your browser — live pricing, your file stays private until you order. SLA preselected.
Two ways to order.
Order online in minutes, or talk to an engineer first — same team, same QC either way.
Order online
Most orders never need a call — upload, price, order.
- 1Upload & get an instant price. Mutual NDA applied automatically, before any file review.
- 2Place your order online. A free DfAM check runs in parallel — we flag issues before printing.
- 3We print, finish, QA & ship. Washed, UV-cured and inspected to spec — 2–7 days.
Talk to an engineer
For tricky geometry, optical finishes or strict medical programs — right the first time.
- 1Call us, or request a callback. Custom NDA if your program needs one.
- 2An engineer reviews your part and sends a firm quote — with resin and DfAM tips to de-risk the build.
- 3Approve by web link or P.O. — into production on the same QC standard.
What is SLA 3D printing — and when to choose it.
Stereolithography (SLA) cures liquid resin layer by layer with UV light. Because each layer is drawn optically, not extruded, it gives the smoothest surface and finest detail of any 3D printing process — 80–100 µm layers, 0.2 mm features and a near mold-like finish off the printer.
Choose SLA when surface quality, detail and accuracy matter most: show and concept models, dental and medical appliances, jewelry casting patterns, optics, anatomical models and precision tooling. With our Tough and Heat-Resistant resins (up to 90 °C HDT) it also covers functional prototyping.
The smoothest, sharpest detail — resin parts.

Finishing & paint
SLA materials — 11 production SLA resins.
Eleven core SLA resins, qualified with dialed-in parameters for repeatable results — more available on request.

Standard Resin
Smooth, paint-ready resin for concept models and show parts — our best-value everyday choice.

Durable General Resin
A tougher everyday resin that takes repeated handling — a balanced all-rounder for functional concepts.

ABS-Like Tough Resin
ABS-like impact resistance for snap-fits and enclosures — flexes without cracking under real handling.

Engineering Resin (hinges & heat)
PP/ABS-like resin with living-hinge capability — for assemblies that flex repeatedly without fatigue.

High-Impact Black Resin
High-toughness black resin for automotive and industrial parts that take impact and stress.

High-Toughness Resin (Yellow)
Our toughest resin — maximum impact resistance, ideal for large paint-ready parts like bumpers and grilles.

Smooth Black Resin
A smooth, even black surface for aesthetic housings and presentation models — when looks matter most.

Fine-Detail Brown Resin
Non-reflective brown resin that captures the finest features and sharpest edges — for masters and miniatures.

Translucent Resin
Frosted, light-transmitting resin for light guides, diffusers and fluidics — distributes light evenly.

Clear / Transparent Resin
Optically clear after polishing and clear-coating — for lenses, transparent housings and display optics.

Heat-Resistant Resin
Stays dimensionally stable up to ~90 °C HDT — for fixtures and parts exposed to moderate heat.
Order a material sample kit
A physical swatch of every resin — color, clarity and surface in hand. Keep it on the desk and your team always knows what they’re choosing from.
Every finish your part can get — priced up front.
From as-printed to mirror-chrome — combine finishes freely; every part is washed, UV-cured and inspected before it ships.

Standard finish
Support removal, solvent wash, UV post-cure, and visual inspection — included on every order. Parts are dimensionally accurate and print-consistent straight from the machine.

Fine polishing
Progressive sanding from 220 to 2000 grit delivers a smooth, satin surface. Required before painting or electroplating. Removes print lines and tool marks completely.

Painting
Color-matched RAL or Pantone paint applied after fine polishing. Single or multi-color, gloss or matte. Ideal for client presentations, trade-show models, and brand-accurate samples.

High-gloss clear coat
UV-stable optical coating applied over polished or painted surfaces. Delivers a glass-like gloss finish for display models, lens covers, and transparent parts.

Electroplating
Mirror chrome metallic coating applied via electrochemical process. Adds premium aesthetics, surface hardness, and scratch resistance — transforms resin into a metal-look part.

Precision polishing Ra 3.2
Controlled mechanical polishing to Ra 3.2 µm surface roughness. Used for mating faces, optical surfaces, and parts requiring tight sealing or precise mechanical fits.
Also available: threaded brass inserts (M2–M8). Painting and electroplating require fine polishing first. (Vapor smoothing / passivation apply to nylon or metal parts, not SLA.)

What our customers say
"Our enclosure prototypes came out so clean we used them in the client pitch straight off the printer. Crisp edges, no layer lines after finishing. The instant quote made ordering a 10-second job."
"We needed clear resin flow cells with optical-grade windows. They polished them to spec and shipped in 3 days. Real engineers walked us through the resin choice — not a contact form."
"dental models with tight tolerances, batch after batch. ±0.15 mm held across every order and the surface is exactly what our workflow needs. Our go-to for resin now."
