The spherical powder morphology, narrow particle size distribution (15–53 µm), and low oxygen content (≤600 ppm) ensure smooth recoating, minimal spatter, and stable layer fusion across builds. Its Al–Si–Mg composition (Al balance, 10.19 % Si, 0.35 % Mg) provides excellent mechanical performance after heat treatment: UTS 300 MPa, yield strength 185 MPa, and elongation 12 %. Compatible with heat treatment, machining, welding, and surface finishing, A-Powder AlSi10Mg enables the production of complex, lightweight, functional, and high-performance end-use parts while backed by AO Metal’s consistent quality, fast delivery, and full documentation.
