Description

Max Leading L201208 Plus Sand 3D Printer uses Binder Jetting technology. BJ is a 3D printing technology that allows objects to be printed from a variety of materials, the most common being metal and sand. Due to the high accuracy and speed of production, sand metal casting molds printed with this technology have become widely used in the industry. An important advantage is that the mold is printed in accordance with the 3D model, allows you to get complex channels and cavities inside the mold.The process of manufacturing the product begins with the application of the first layer of material on the construction platform. This layer becomes the basis for the entire product.

A file-controlled jet head then applies the binder to the surface of the material. Where the binder is applied, the sand hardens to form the product. The binder droplet size is 80 microns, which ensures high precision manufacturing.After one layer of material is finished printing, the platform moves down and the process is repeated for the next layer. This process continues until the entire product is completed.When printing is complete, the build chamber is removed from the printer. The products are removed from the chamber and cleaned of powder residue.Depending on the printing technology and the type of binder, temperature treatment may be required to give the product the desired properties.

The anti-destruction 3D printing method improves print quality, and in the event of partial clogging of the print head atomizing hole, print quality is unaffected. The innovative design of the material feeding system allows to increase the stability of material output from the print head, improving the quality of the jet.

Operational stability
Horizontal sand mixer has large capacity, does not require frequent starting and stopping, the load on the mixer is less, which reduces the probability of breakage. The printer is carefully designed from the structural design to the production process, so the operation of the equipment is more stable.

INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM
