DLP resins for high-resolution, high-throughput 3D printing. The range covers functional, dental, castable, and engineering photopolymers formulated for accuracy, surface finish, and repeatable mechanical performance. Choose the resin that fits your DLP platform and part requirements, with full technical data on cure settings and properties.
General Purpose Photopolymer (GPP) for high-throughput, high-accuracy production and prototyping on the Nexa3D NXE 400 and NXE 400 Pro. BASF-formulated for injection-mould-quality surface finish, low shrinkage and fast print speed, with 30 MPa ultimate tensile strength, 2100 MPa tensile modulus, 84 D Shore hardness and a 93 °C glass transition. The gray finish shows draft lines, parting seams and surface defects that clear resins hide. Supplied to order in 5 kg (12 lb) jerricans.

General purpose translucent photopolymer for the Nexa3D NXE 400 and NXE 400 Pro. Combines 30–60 MPa ultimate tensile strength, 84–88 D Shore hardness and 59–61 °C HDT at 0.45 MPa with low shrinkage, high accuracy and fast LSPc print speed. The translucent finish makes it the practical choice for air ducts, manifolds and fluid-flow models where you need to see inside the part, and it holds up in snap-fit and functional end-use work. Water absorption is 0.4% to ASTM D570. Supplied to order in 5 kg (12 lb) jerricans.
