Celcon® M270™ is a high-flow, low molecular weight acetal copolymer (POM) specifically engineered for superior moldability in intricate, multi-cavity, or hard-to-fill molds. This grade offers excellent processability while maintaining the key acetal properties of high strength, stiffness, and good chemical resistance, making it ideal for producing complex, precision mechanical components.

Processing Notes (Injection Molding)
- Drying: Required for 3-4 hours at 100-120°C (212-248°F).
- Melt Temperature: 180 – 200°C (356 – 392°F)
- Mold Temperature: 80 – 120°C (176 – 248°F)
