Ashkhen Ovsepyan
Ashkhen Ovsepyan founded Additive Plus to help companies adopt additive manufacturing as a reliable production capability—not an experimental tool. She later launched AO Metal, a sister company focused on developing compact, affordable metal 3D printers for laboratories, universities, and small-scale manufacturers.
With more than 15 years of experience, Ashkhen has led additive manufacturing projects across aerospace, defense, medical, and automotive sectors. Her work centers on material development, facility setup, and transitioning technologies from R&D into stable, production-ready operations.
She holds degrees in Laser Physics and Public Administration and works closely with engineering teams to deliver predictable outcomes through clear processes and sound technical decisions.
