Ceramic 3D Printing Service — Zirconia and Aluminum Nitride Parts
Zirconia and aluminum nitride parts by ceramic stereolithography — debound, sintered and quoted per part. Lead time about 10–12 weeks.
Technical ceramic parts printed by ceramic stereolithography, then debound and sintered — they arrive as dense, fired ceramic. Every job is quoted per part: send your CAD and we check feasibility before we price it.
What we print
- Zirconia — high strength and wear resistance: nozzles, wear parts, rotors, components for high-temperature service.
- Aluminum nitride — high thermal conductivity with electrical insulation: heat-management substrates and vacuum components.
- Test specimens — coupons and dogbones in the orientations you need, for qualifying a material before the real part.
How pricing works
- Price is set by the build. A full build platform is the most economical run; one or two parts cost more each.
- Before quoting, the geometry is checked for sintering: very long, thin walls and tubes can distort, and we tell you before you order.
