What does the XiP EverCare plan cover?
EverCare is Nexa3D's enhanced service and support plan for the XiP desktop printer. It covers one printer and up to five named users, bundling priority technical support with warranty service so you reach the highest level of printing success on the XiP.
How long is this plan?
This is the 2-year XiP EverCare term, prepaid up front for two years of continuous coverage — usually a lower effective annual rate than renewing yearly. A first-year plan and a 3-year plan are also available.
Can I cover more printers or users?
Each EverCare plan covers one printer and up to five users. For a fleet or a XiP print farm, add one plan per printer or contact us for multi-unit and purchase-order pricing.
