What does the out-of-warranty repair cover?
This is the repair charge for servicing a Nexa3D XiP that is outside its warranty or EverCare coverage. After purchase, our service team arranges the return (RMA), diagnoses the unit, and completes the repair so the printer returns to working order.
How do I start a repair?
Purchase the repair service, then our team contacts you to arrange the RMA and shipping and to confirm the timeline. If additional parts are needed beyond the standard repair, the team will review those with you before proceeding.
Should I consider EverCare instead?
If your XiP is still eligible, an EverCare service plan or extended warranty is usually more economical than repeated out-of-warranty repairs, because it bundles support and warranty service. Contact us and we will help you compare.
