What your dental lab actually checks

Accuracy measured at 50 µm, not 100

93% of measured points land within 50 µm deviation — Nexa3D cites a dental-industry norm closer to 65% at that tolerance. With Shore 84 D hardness and a 1860 MPa modulus, margins stay crisp through trimming and repeated try-in, and a 5 kg bottle keeps a month of cases on one traceable lot.

Why prosthodontic labs choose xDENT341

Precision where a fit either seats or comes back as a remake.

Accuracy where margins matter

93% of measured points fall within 50 µm deviation — well above the roughly 65% dental-industry accuracy norm Nexa3D cites for this tolerance.

Removable dies that seat right

Dimensional stability holds the die-to-model relationship, so dies drop in and return to the same position through repeated handling.

5 kg keeps the lab supplied

A bottle covers far more cases than a cartridge and keeps a whole month of die work on one traceable lot — fewer changeovers, lower cost per case.

Hard, stable surface

Shore 84 D hardness and a 1860 MPa modulus keep fine margin edges crisp during trimming, seating and repeated try-in.

How we supply xDENT341

Lot-matched resin, a validated dental profile and a repeatable finish.

Step 01
Lot-matched supply

Bottles ship from US stock with batch traceability, so a validated die workflow reprints to the same margins.

Step 02
Print on LSPc

Load the Nexa3D-validated xDENT341 profile in NexaX and print on XiP, XiP Pro or NXD 200Pro — no settings to develop.

Step 03
Wash & cure

Two 2-minute washes in IPA or xClean, then UV post-cure. Full cure is what locks in the 50 µm accuracy figure.

Compatibility & intended use

  • Printers: Nexa3D XiP and XiP Pro LSPc systems and the NXD 200Pro dental platform, using the validated xDENT341 profile in NexaX.
  • Intended use: dental models and removable dies used to fabricate crowns, bridges and implant restorations. It is a model resin and is not intended for direct patient contact or as a definitive restorative material.
  • Post-processing: wash in IPA or xClean, then UV cure with a Nexa3D wash-and-cure station or equivalent.

Common questions

Don't see yours? Email [email protected] — NDA standard, typical reply within 4 hours.

Which printers is xDENT341-Beige compatible with?
xDENT341-Beige runs on Nexa3D LSPc systems — the XiP and XiP Pro desktops and the NXD 200Pro dental platform — using the validated xDENT341 profile in NexaX. This 5 kg bottle suits labs printing die models daily. Load the profile, print, then wash and cure; the accuracy figure assumes a full post-cure.
How accurate is xDENT341 for die models?
Nexa3D states 93% dimensional accuracy at 50 µm deviation for xDENT341, against a dental-industry accuracy norm the company puts closer to 65% at that tolerance. That is the tolerance band that matters for removable dies, where a margin that reads a few tens of microns wide turns into an open crown at try-in.
What is the difference between xDENT341-Beige and xDENT201-Gray?
xDENT341-Beige is the precision grade: 93% accuracy at 50 µm, traditional beige, built for removable die models with precise margins and contacts for crowns, bridges and implant restorations. xDENT201-Gray is the throughput grade: 93% at 100 µm, matte gray, tuned for orthodontic and aligner model volume. Choose by indication, not by color.
How many die models does a 5 kg bottle produce?
It depends on model geometry and whether you print solid or hollowed arches, so we do not publish a fixed figure. In practice a 5 kg bottle covers roughly three times what the 1.5 kg XiP cartridge does and keeps a month of case work on a single traceable lot. Send a representative model file and a materials engineer will estimate consumption for your workflow.
Is xDENT341 biocompatible or cleared for patient contact?
xDENT341 is a model resin. It is intended for dental models and removable dies used to fabricate restorations, and not for direct patient contact or as a definitive restorative material. We do not claim any clearance for it. If your indication needs a patient-contact or medical-grade material, ask us and we will point you to the right Nexa3D resin and its documentation.
What post-processing does xDENT341 need?
Wash printed models twice for two minutes each in IPA or Nexa3D xClean, then UV post-cure in a Nexa3D wash-and-cure station or equivalent. Full curing is what locks in the stated 50 µm accuracy and the Shore 84 D surface — an under-cured die will read soft at the margins and drift dimensionally.
How should xDENT341 be stored and handled?
Keep the bottle sealed, away from direct light and heat, at room temperature. Handle uncured resin with gloves in a ventilated area. Sealed and stored correctly, xDENT341 keeps its printing characteristics through its shelf life; mix gently before use if it has been standing so pigment and filler stay evenly dispersed.
