What your dental technician actually checks
Permanent, not just temporary
CROWNTEC is indicated for permanent crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers and artificial denture teeth — not temporary work only. Flexural strength above 130 MPa to DIN EN ISO 4049 and an E-modulus above 4000 MPa are what let it carry a definitive single-tooth restoration.
Post-cure decides the outcome
An IPA wash plus a full UV post-cure at 365/385/405 nm is mandatory. That step is what delivers both the rated mechanical properties and the biocompatible, low-residual-monomer surface. We hand you the validated cure settings for your unit so the result is repeatable.

SAREMCO print CROWNTEC A2 is a light-curing, filled composite resin for permanent single-tooth restorations — crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers and artificial denture teeth. Made by SAREMCO Dental AG (Switzerland) and validated by Nexa3D for its LSPc resin printers, it prints a high-esthetic A2 shade in one phase and post-cures to a biocompatible, >130 MPa restoration.

Why dental labs choose CROWNTEC
A permanent-indication composite that prints, cures and polishes like a restorative — not a model resin.
Permanent-grade strength
Flexural strength >130 MPa (ISO 4049), E-modulus >4000 MPa. Indicated for permanent crowns, inlays, onlays and veneers — not just temporaries.
One-phase esthetics
A single, pre-matched A2 shade with balanced opacity — no layering, no staining step required for a natural result.
Biocompatible when post-cured
CE-marked Class IIa device. After correct UV post-cure the manufacturer reports no elutable substances in an aqueous environment.
Ready to use
Zero pre-mixing. Shake, pour into the vat and print. Depth of cure ≥1.5 mm; 2-year shelf life stored per the IFU.
The CROWNTEC workflow on Nexa3D LSPc
Three steps from bottle to seated restoration. Final UV post-cure is mandatory — it is what makes the part both strong and biocompatible.
Run CROWNTEC on the validated Nexa3D LSPc profile (50 or 100 µm layers) on XiP-family printers. Nest crowns, inlays, onlays and veneers on one plate.
Wash
Remove uncured resin in isopropanol (IPA). Keep to the IFU wash time so fine margins and occlusal detail are preserved.
UV post-cure
Final-polymerize under UV (365/385/405 nm, e.g. Nexa3D xCURE). This unlocks full mechanical properties and the biocompatible, low-residual-monomer surface.
