What is the xWASH FiM Desktop used for?
The xWASH FiM Desktop is the demolding and wash station for Nexa3D's Freeform Injection Molding (FIM) workflow. After you injection-mold into a printed xMOLD soluble tool, it dissolves the mold and cleans the part. This 46 L desktop unit is modular and plug-and-play for lower volumes and tighter spaces.
How is the 46 L desktop different from the 102 L industrial?
Both dissolve xMOLD molds and wash FIM parts; the difference is capacity and footprint. The 46 L desktop station is compact and plug-and-play for lower volumes, while the 102 L industrial version handles larger parts and higher production quantities. Choose based on your part size and throughput.
