What your process engineer actually checks
Heat, stiffness and chemical resistance in one resin
xCE-White is a single-cure LSPc polymer that reaches 135 MPa flexural strength and 3250 MPa flexural modulus — figures usually reserved for dual-cure cyanate esters — with a 128 °C glass transition measured by DMA (E″). In 24-hour chemical immersion, mass change stays under 0.23 % in tap water and 0.39 % in 5 % salt water, with ethanol, DMSO, MEK, diesel, HCl and NaOH also tested. Manufactured with Henkel LOCTITE.

Nexa3D xCE-White is a high-stiffness, high-temperature LSPc engineering resin manufactured with Henkel LOCTITE. It is a single-cure polymer that reaches 135 MPa flexural strength — a level usually seen only in dual-cure cyanate esters — while holding the aesthetics and environmental longevity of injection-molded nylons, polyesters, polyamides and polyimides. Supplied in 5 kg for Nexa3D NXE 400/400Pro, XiP and XiP Pro.

Why engineers choose xCE-White
Stiffness, heat and chemical resistance in one single-cure photopolymer — values from the xCE technical data sheet.
135 MPa flexural, 3250 MPa modulus
Single-cure chemistry delivering flexural strength usually only seen in dual-cure cyanate esters, so loaded parts stay rigid instead of creeping.
128 °C glass transition
A 128 °C glass transition measured by DMA (E″) lets parts run warmer than a general-purpose resin allows.
Chemical and moisture stability
24-hour chemical immersion gives a mass change under 0.23 % in tap water and 0.39 % in 5 % salt water, with ethanol, DMSO, MEK, diesel, HCl and NaOH also tested.
White finish, field-proven outdoors
A light surface makes cracks, tool marks and paint coverage easy to read on inspection; the grade is field-proven on production parts including harsh outdoor exposure.
How we supply xCE-White
Every container arrives ready to run on your Nexa3D printer — no parameter hunting.
Lot-coded & profiled
Each 5 kg container ships sealed and lot-coded with the validated LSPc print profile for your NXE 400/400Pro, XiP or XiP Pro.
Wash + post-cure dialed in
Agitate before printing, rinse in IPA or xClean, blow or wipe off residual solvent, then remove supports before UV post-cure — the order that keeps parts on spec.
Stocked & shipped
Held in US stock and dispatched in 1–2 business days; volume and PO orders handled by our materials desk.

Compatible printers & workflow
- Runs on Nexa3D LSPc resin systems — NXE 400 / 400Pro, XiP and XiP Pro.
- Agitate the resin before printing, then rinse parts in IPA or xClean and blow or wipe off residual solvent.
- Remove supports before UV post-cure, then post-cure per the data sheet; a wash and cure station are required and sold separately.
- Supplied in a 5 kg container; the Black grade shares the same mechanical profile if a dark finish suits the part better.
