Description
Delrin® 900P BK602 is a low-viscosity acetal homopolymer (POM) resin featuring internal lubrication and mold release. This grade is engineered for improved processability, offering excellent flow for filling complex molds while retaining the high strength, stiffness, and low friction that make acetal a premier choice for precision mechanical components and wear-resistant applications.
Key Features & Benefits
- Low Viscosity & High Flow (25 MFR): Enables easy filling of thin walls and complex geometries, reducing injection pressure and cycle times.
- Excellent Stiffness & Strength: Provides high mechanical strength and rigidity for load-bearing components.
- Good Toughness: Offers a balanced impact resistance for durable parts.
- Low Friction & Wear Resistance: Inherently slick and lubricated for moving parts, reducing noise and wear.
- Improved Mold Release: Facilitates easier part ejection from the mold, improving productivity.
