What your process engineer actually checks
The firmer, tougher grade of the pair
xFLEX475-White measures 55 Shore A with 159% elongation at break and 11.7 kN/m tear strength — firmer and markedly more tear-resistant than the 44 Shore A Black grade at 7.3 kN/m. Choose White when a sealing face, lattice or load-bearing grip has to hold its geometry rather than simply cushion.
A materials engineer on the line
Questions on resin compatibility, wash media or post-cure settings? Our engineers have run these materials on Nexa3D LSPc printers. Sub-4h reply, NDA standard. Use the Talk to materials engineer button above.
Nexa3D xFLEX475-White is a single-component, low-viscosity LSPc photopolymer manufactured with Henkel LOCTITE that cures to a rubber-like elastomer at 55 Shore A, with 159% elongation at break and 11.7 kN/m tear strength. It is the firmer, tougher grade of the xFLEX475 pair — built for seals, grips, lattices and rubber-like production parts. Supplied here in the 1.5 kg format for the XiP desktop printer.

Why engineers choose xFLEX475-White
Measured ASTM values from the Nexa3D technical data sheet — not the marketing range.
55 Shore A — the firmer grade
Medium-soft durometer that holds a sealing face or a moulded grip profile under load, where the 44 Shore A Black grade would deflect.
159% elongation at break
Ultimate tensile strength of 3.8 MPa on a 4.6 MPa modulus — parts stretch past two and a half times their length before failing, then return.
11.7 kN/m tear strength
ASTM D624 tear resistance well above the Black grade’s 7.3 kN/m, so thin webs, lattice struts and notched corners resist splitting.
1.5 kg XiP format
The desktop-sized fill for the XiP and XiP Pro — low-viscosity single component that pours and self-levels at room temperature, no mixing or heating.
How xFLEX475-White is processed
The elastomer workflow differs from rigid resins on two points — the IPA limit and the water post-cure.
Print at room temperature
Shake the bottle, pour slowly into the vat and wait for a bubble-free surface before starting. No heating or mixing — the resin is single-component and low-viscosity.
Wash: xClean, then a short IPA rinse
Wash in xClean first, then follow with IPA. Do not submerge the part in IPA for more than 5 minutes — longer soaks swell the elastomer and distort thin features.
Post-cure submerged in water
Apply a mould release and cure the part submerged in a transparent water container: 2 × 30 min in XiP Cure, 1 × 60 min in xCure, or 2 × 10 min at 100% in xCure Desktop.

| Tear strength | ASTM D624 | 11.7 kN/m |
Compatible printers & workflow
- This 1.5 kg format is sized for the Nexa3D XiP and XiP Pro desktop LSPc printers; the same resin is offered in a 5 kg bottle for NXE 400 / 400Pro.
- Process at room temperature: shake, pour slowly, wait for a bubble-free vat surface before printing.
- Wash in xClean followed by IPA — do not submerge a part in IPA for more than 5 minutes.
- Post-cure submerged in water with a mould release applied: 2 × 30 min in XiP Cure, 1 × 60 min in xCure, or 2 × 10 min at 100% in xCure Desktop. Wash and cure hardware sold separately.
- Offered in White (55 Shore A) and Black (44 Shore A), in 1.5 kg and 5 kg formats.
