KeySplint Hard is a rigid, FDA-cleared occlusal-splint resin for printing durable, stain- and abrasion-resistant hard splints on Nexa3D LSPc printers. Class IIa biocompatible — for cases where bruxism therapy or tooth immobilization calls for a rigid device. Supplied in a 1 kg bottle for the NXE 400 / NXE 400 Pro.

Post-cure & polish

Final-cure under a 250–390 nm unit to full biocompatibility and strength, then trim and polish to a clear, patient-ready finish.

KeySplint Hard for NX is formulated for Nexa3D NXE-series LSPc printers using UV wavelengths of 385–405 nm and prints with Nexa3D's validated exposure profile. This 1 kg bottle is the NX/NXE version; a separate XiP-tuned bottle is available for the XiP desktop printer. How do I wash and post-cure KeySplint Hard?

After printing on your Nexa3D LSPc printer, wash the appliance in IPA and air-dry, then final-cure in a post-cure unit using 250–390 nm UV. Proper post-cure develops full rigidity and biocompatibility, so follow the Keystone KeySplint Hard time and temperature guidance rather than under-curing to save time.

How should I store the resin and what is its shelf life?

Store KeySplint Hard in its original sealed bottle away from light and heat, at room temperature, and re-seal after each pour to prevent premature curing. Refer to the bottle label and Keystone data sheet for the exact expiration date; we rotate stock so you receive bottles with usable shelf life.
