What your process engineer actually checks
Holds ~3× the resin of IPA
xCLEAN reaches roughly 3× the resin saturation of isopropanol — up to around 8% dissolved resin versus about 1% for IPA — so a bath cleans many more parts before it needs changing. That cuts solvent consumption, waste and running cost, and it has a higher flash point than IPA for safer handling and storage.
A materials engineer on the line
Not a ticket queue. We run resin post-processing in-house, so wash-time and rinse advice per resin comes from the floor. Sub-4h reply, NDA standard.
Nexa3D xCLEAN is a washing solvent for rinsing uncured resin off SLA and LSPc 3D-printed parts before curing. It holds around 3× the dissolved resin of IPA and has a higher flash point — so a bath lasts longer, handles more safely, and leaves no greasy residue.

Why bureaus run xCLEAN instead of IPA
More capacity, higher flash point, no greasy film.
~3× the resin capacity of IPA
xCLEAN reaches about 8% resin saturation versus roughly 1% for IPA — around 3× the capacity — so a bath cleans many more parts between changeouts. Less solvent bought, less waste to dispose of.
Higher flash point than IPA
A higher flash point makes xCLEAN safer to handle and store than an IPA wash bath, and it does not need the special storage IPA requires. Handle per its SDS with the usual PPE.
No greasy residue
xCLEAN is built from smaller molecules than TPM or DPM, so it cleans thoroughly and rinses off cleanly — no greasy film to interfere with the UV cure. Finish with a clean-water rinse.
Works across most resins
Designed to work with most photopolymer printers and resin systems — including Nexa3D LSPc and NXE parts — and it integrates with the Nexa3D Wash+Cure and xCURE stations. One solvent for a mixed fleet.
How to wash with xCLEAN
Submerge, water-rinse, dry — then cure.
Submerge & agitate
Wash parts in xCLEAN for about 5–10 minutes with gentle agitation, ideally in a two-bath setup (used first bath, fresh second bath).
Rinse in water
xCLEAN is a solvent and must be removed — finish with a clean-water rinse to take off residual cleaner and dissolved resin.
Dry, then cure
Dry the parts — about 6 hours air-drying or 20 minutes at 60 °C — before UV curing, so the cure starts on a clean, dry surface.
Where xCLEAN fits
Resin post-processing that has outgrown IPA.

Running xCLEAN across a production floor? The 5-gallon (18.9 L) pack lowers your cost per litre — a materials engineer can size the right volume and rinse workflow for your throughput.
From teams running resin post-processing
Unedited feedback from process and R&D leads.
A single xCLEAN bath outlasts several IPA changes. Less solvent bought, less to dispose of, and no greasy film on the parts.
Higher flash point took the fire-cabinet worry off our wash bench. It rinses off in water and the parts cure clean.
Works across our mixed fleet of resins, not just one brand. The capacity is the real win for a busy bureau.
