Cleaner T is specially formulated to avoid generating peroxides at elevated processing temperatures, so you can run the wash bath up to 80 °C to clean demanding, high-temperature resins that a room-temperature solvent struggles with. Its flash point above 93 °C keeps a hot bath in the safe range.

Loctite 3D Cleaner T is a hot-bath cleaning liquid that removes uncured resin from demanding SLA/DLP parts at temperatures up to 80 °C. It is specially formulated to avoid generating peroxides when heated, which makes it the right cleaner for high-temperature and FST resins.

Runs hot to 80 °C, no peroxides
Cleaner T is formulated to avoid generating peroxides at elevated temperatures, so you can heat the wash bath to 80 °C to clean demanding resins that a room-temperature solvent leaves tacky. A flash point above 93 °C keeps the hot bath in the safe range.
For high-temp & FST resins
Recommended for high-HDT and flame-retardant materials — specifically the Loctite 3D 3955 HDT280 FST resin — where a heated wash is part of the validated workflow. The specialty cleaner for the hardest-to-clean parts.
Low viscosity reaches detail
At 4–6 cP, Cleaner T flows into fine channels and detailed geometry to lift uncured resin from the places thicker solvents miss — cleaning demanding parts thoroughly before cure.
Water-rinseable, clean cure
After the hot bath, a short water rinse removes residual cleaner and dissolved resin, leaving a clean surface so the UV cure is not inhibited. Shake before use for a consistent wash.
How to wash with Cleaner T
Heat, immerse, rinse and dry — then cure.
Heat & immerse
Shake before use. Wash parts in Cleaner T at 20–80 °C for about 2–4 minutes with agitation, ideally in a two-bath setup.
Rinse in water
Rinse in clean DI water for 1–2 minutes with agitation to remove residual cleaner and dissolved resin from the part.
Dry, then cure
Dry the parts — typically about 60 minutes at 20–25 °C — before UV post-curing, so the cure starts clean and dry.
