Fine dynamic manual cut-off
With the manual cutting movement, the force is regulated through a set of gears for a jerk-free, more precise cut. An easy-to-use lever brake fixes the cutting disc in any position.
Ø 110 mm capacity, 300 mm wheel
Wet abrasive cutting up to Ø 110 mm with wheels to Ø 300 mm (12″) at 2750 rpm on a 4 kW drive. A large, x-adjustable table and 125 mm vertical movement handle demanding work.
Long parts & automatic cross travel
Openings on the left and right pass continuous long material through the large chamber. Manual or automatic horizontal movement cuts long parts longitudinally, the automatic Z-axis sets parallel cuts to 0.1 mm, and pulsed mode sections sensitive material gently.
Access, safety & quick wheel change
A sliding front door and a side door with safety interlock give superior access to the LED-lit chamber. The Quick-Change-System speeds wheel changes and maintenance, with a ceramic-protected flange and easy nut.
