- Mutual NDA before any file or spec review
CreatBot PVDF Filament - 1kg
What your process engineer actually checks
Tight diameter, dry, jam-free
Every spool ships with a datasheet covering diameter tolerance, moisture, and a validated print profile for the systems we sell, so feeds stay consistent and parts hold dimension. Load the profile and print.
A materials engineer on the line
Questions on diameter tolerance, moisture, layer adhesion, or warping? A materials engineer answers directly — not a contact-form bot. Most replies in under 4 hours, NDA standard.
PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) is a premium high-performance polymer engineered for the most demanding industrial applications. This specialty PVDF filament delivers exceptional resistance to chemicals, heat, and wear while maintaining excellent mechanical strength, making it ideal for components that operate in aggressive environments where other materials would fail.
Key Features & Benefits
-
Exceptional Chemical Resistance: Withstands acids, solvents, and hydrocarbons without degradation
-
Outstanding Heat Resistance: High heat deflection temperature of 158°C for elevated temperature applications
-
Excellent Mechanical Properties: Strong, stiff, and durable with good impact resistance
-
Low Moisture Absorption: Maintains dimensional stability in humid environments

Storage & Handling
Store Creatbot PVDF Filament in a cool, dry place inside its original sealed bag with desiccant. For long-term storage or in humid environments, use a dry box to prevent moisture absorption, which can lead to printing issues and reduced mechanical properties.

Unedited feedback from customers who reorder CreatBot PVDF Filament - 1kg.
Diameter tolerance is real — feeds are consistent and we stopped getting under-extrusion.
Asked about drying for a hygroscopic grade. A materials engineer sent the actual schedule, no sales pitch.
Same spool spec every order. Parts hold dimension build after build.
