KS608A is a tough, heat- and moisture-resistant UV SLA resin for accurate, durable parts. It carries the accuracy and convenience of the standard KS408A resin but is significantly stronger and holds higher temperatures — with a light-yellow, ABS-like finish. It runs on laser-based (405 nm) SLA systems — desktop or large-format — and is built for functional prototypes, concept models, low-volume production, and vacuum-casting master patterns across automotive, aerospace, architecture, and consumer-electronics work. Supplied in a 10 kg (22 lb) container.

25–30 MPa tensile, 65–74 MPa flexural, 58–70 J/m notched Izod and 12–20% elongation. Parts survive snap-fits, functional testing and light production handling, with the look and feel of ABS at SLA tolerances.
Heat & moisture resistance
HDT 58–68°C (0.46 MPa) and 55–70°C Tg hold shape under warm assembly and functional testing, with improved dimensional retention in humid conditions versus standard SLA resin.
Accuracy with low shrinkage
A stable, well-characterized cure (Dp 0.135–0.155 mm, Ec 9–12 mJ/cm²) with minimal shrinkage and strong dimensional stability — for tight-tolerance prototypes and repeatable fit checks.
