The Farsoon 252P Series incorporates an efficient Breakout Station, where the build cartridge is moved via a conveyor system. This enclosed station ensures a clean working environment, with multiple glove boxes allowing for multiple operators. The air guns gently remove powder, making it easy to clean 3D prints in polymer or other materials like nylon, PEEK, and TPU.
The integrated Powder Management System handles used powder recycling, storage, new powder supply, high-speed mixing, and powder sieving. This system reduces downtime, ensuring a streamlined workflow and lower costs per part. The SLS 3D printer achieves optimal throughput with minimal maintenance, whether you’re printing nylon, polypropylene, or TPU.
Paired with a mobile Powder Delivery Unit, the PMS system transports prepared powder directly to the printer. Once there, the PDU’s integrated pump delivers the powder into the printer’s feed cartridge, ensuring a seamless powder handling process for SLS 3D print applications.

RICOH 3D printing service, FARSOON customer, based in UK, is using ACTIVE material for manufacturing water pump strainers. ACTIVE is a new material specific to the Water industry: it has been certified (ACS certification) for potable water applications and plastic parts in contact with drinkable water, such as water pumps, hydraulic systems, data sensors, and all permanent water-immersed parts.
Adaptor Pipe

In collaboration with BASF and PATAC, this new generation of adaptor pipe prototype is manufactured with high-temperature resistant PA6 material on Farsoon’s HT252P system. Thanks to the design and manufacturing flexibility brought by AM, PATAC engineers are able to achieve functional integration by combining multiple parts into one, to better withstand the high-frequency vibration load and burst pressure under the automotive engine operation.
