We print long fascia patterns in one piece now — no more splitting them and bonding the halves. Surface off the marble frame is consistent enough that our finishers barely touch it.
Accuracy holds across the whole 1450 mm bed. We measured a batch and everything came in inside ±0.1 mm. The vacuum recoater means no witness lines on flat surfaces.
Install and calibration were done in a day and the machine was printing production parts by the afternoon. Having engineers who actually run SLA answer the phone made qualification quick.
