What your process engineer actually checks

Tight diameter, dry, jam-free

Every spool ships with a datasheet covering diameter tolerance, moisture, and a validated print profile for the systems we sell, so feeds stay consistent and parts hold dimension. Load the profile and print.

A materials engineer on the line

Questions on diameter tolerance, moisture, layer adhesion, or warping? A materials engineer answers directly — not a contact-form bot. Most replies in under 4 hours, NDA standard.

About this product
Creatbot TPU 95A Filament is a 1.75mm thermoplastic polyurethane spool for FDM 3D printing. At Shore 95A hardness it prints as a semi-flexible elastomer — bendable and impact-absorbing yet firm enough to hold shape — with the abrasion and oil resistance that make TPU the go-to material for functional flexible parts.

Why engineers choose Creatbot TPU 95A Filament

Four things engineers check before standardizing on a flexible filament.

Flexible yet firm (Shore 95A)

At 95A durometer, parts bend and compress then spring back — flexible enough for seals and grips, firm enough to keep their form under load. The most printable point on the flexible-filament range.

Abrasion & impact resistant

Resists wear, tearing, and repeated impact where rigid plastics crack — a reason TPU is standard for bumpers, dampers, and protective parts.

Oil & chemical resistant

Stands up to oils, greases, and many solvents, keeping flexible parts serviceable in machinery, automotive, and industrial environments.

±0.02mm diameter tolerance

Consistent diameter matters even more for flexible filament — steady, tolerance-controlled feed avoids the buckling and jams that plague soft materials.

How we ship it

Every spool of Creatbot TPU 95A Filament leaves Gardena, CA the same way.

Step 01
Print profile confirmed

Nozzle and bed temperatures verified on a CreatBot F430 before the spool is listed — not copied from a generic TPU spec sheet.

Step 02
Sealed with desiccant

Vacuum-bagged with the original desiccant pack so the spool is dry on arrival — TPU absorbs moisture and prints poorly when wet.

Step 03
Ships from L.A. stock

In stock at our Gardena facility — 1–2 business day dispatch, datasheet included in the box.

Print compatibility

Runs on FDM/FFF printers — a direct-drive extruder is strongly recommended, as flexible filament buckles in long Bowden paths. Print slow with low retraction; no heated chamber is needed. Full mechanical property values are listed in the Specifications tab below.

Recommended print settings

Parameter Recommended value
Nozzle temperature 210°C – 230°C
Build plate temperature 40°C – 60°C
Chamber temperature Not required
Print speed 15 – 30 mm/s (slow)
Cooling fan On (low to medium)
Extruder Direct drive recommended

Typical applications

Where production and engineering teams run Creatbot TPU 95A Filament.

Seals & gaskets
Compressible sealing parts
Vibration dampers
Shock and noise isolation
Protective bumpers
Impact-absorbing edges & feet
Flexible grips & handles
Soft-touch tool and product grips
Wearables & straps
Flexible bands and fittings
Wheels & rollers
Grippy, wear-resistant treads

Storage & handling

Store Creatbot TPU 95A Filament in a cool, dry place inside its original sealed bag with the desiccant. TPU absorbs moisture readily — use a dry box for long-term storage or humid environments, or moisture shows up as bubbling, stringing, and a rough surface.
