Which printer are these air filters for?
These activated-carbon filters fit the Nexa3D XiP desktop printer's internal air handling. They are different from the XiP AiR cartridge and the XiP Pro filters, so confirm you are ordering for a standard XiP.
What do the filters actually do?
The activated carbon adsorbs resin odour and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) drawn through the XiP's airflow, so the smell of uncured resin around the printer is reduced. They are a genuine Nexa3D consumable.
How often should they be changed?
Carbon filters saturate over time. Replace them when you notice more resin odour than usual, or on the interval in your Nexa3D maintenance routine. Keeping a spare set avoids running the printer with exhausted filters.
