The Everlast-2 membrane is the thin, self-lubricating film at the bottom of the resin vat that every print on your Nexa3D XiP cures against — it wears with use and needs periodic replacement. As the interface layer in Nexa3D’s LSPc (Lubricant Sublayer Photo-curing) process, it keeps resin replenishing evenly across the build area so parts come out consistent — layer one to layer fifty-thousand.

The Everlast-2 is qualified across Nexa3D’s XiP resin library, including xPRO410, xCE, xFLEX402, and xCERAMIC formulations. Membranes are resin-dedicated — when you switch materials on the XiP, install a fresh Everlast-2 for the new resin rather than reusing one that ran a different material. Residual chemistry from the old resin can affect cure and release, risking failed or inconsistent prints. Shops rotating between several resins should keep more than one membrane on hand, matched to each material.
