Nexa3D xMODEL35-Black Resin – Rigid High-Temp Photopolymer for XiP | 1.5 kg
What your process engineer actually checks
Numbers you can design to
Every value on this card comes from the official Nexa3D xMODEL35 technical data sheet with the ASTM method named next to it — 87 °C HDT at 1.82 MPa, 2300 MPa flexural modulus, 83 D Shore hardness. No rounded-up figures, and legacy numbers from older sheets are not reused.

Nexa3D xMODEL35-Black is a rigid, high-performance LSPc photopolymer that combines strength, stiffness and temperature resistance in a single 1.5 kg cartridge for XiP and XiP Pro. With 87 °C HDT at 1.82 MPa and a 2300 MPa flexural modulus, it is the grade to reach for when a printed model, jig or light end-use part has to hold its shape under load and warmth.

Why engineers choose xMODEL35
Published ASTM data from the Nexa3D technical data sheet — not marketing estimates.
87 °C HDT at 1.82 MPa
Parts stay dimensionally honest in warm fixtures, under lamps and through heated finishing steps that soften general-purpose model resins.
2300 MPa flexural modulus
Stiff enough for snap-fit housings and locating jigs, with 108 MPa flexural stress and 53 MPa ultimate tensile strength.
21 / 112 J/m IZOD impact
Notched and unnotched values per ASTM D256, with 9% elongation at break — rigid, but not glassy in normal handling.
630 cP at 30 °C
Low viscosity recoats and drains quickly in LSPc printing, and UL94 HB at 1.5 mm is documented for enclosure work.
How we supply xMODEL35
From Nexa3D formulation to a cured part on your bench.
Formulated & tested
Nexa3D formulates xMODEL35 for 405 nm LSPc and publishes ASTM D638, D790, D256 and D648 data, so you design to measured numbers.
Stocked & lot-matched
We hold xMODEL35-Black 1.5 kg cartridges in US stock, sealed and batch-traceable, and dispatch in 2 business days.
Print, wash & cure
Load the cartridge in XiP or XiP Pro, wash in xClean then IPA, dry, and post-cure to reach the published properties.

Compatible printers & post-processing
This 1.5 kg cartridge of xMODEL35-Black is made for the Nexa3D XiP and XiP Pro desktop LSPc printers. The same resin is also sold as a 5 kg bottle, which additionally feeds the NXE 400 and NXE 400 Pro. After printing, wash parts in xClean for no more than 2 minutes, follow with an IPA rinse of no more than 5 minutes, then dry fully before curing. Post-cure for 2 × 30 minutes in the XiP Cure unit, or a single 60-minute cycle in xCURE. The values in the table are measured on fully cured specimens, so a shortened cure will leave parts softer and lower in HDT than the data sheet suggests.
