The Farsoon FS1521M is a metre-scale LPBF metal system for serial production. A 1530 × 1530 mm platform runs 16 × 500 W fiber lasers as standard; the FS1521M-U configuration extends the Z-height to 1650 mm — a 3,862 L envelope — and scales to as many as 32 × 500 W lasers. Dual-layer airflow with permanent filtration and powder recycling to 360 L/h keep large metal builds stable and productive. Sold, installed and supported in the US by Additive Plus.

What powder handling does the FS1521M include?
The FS1521M uses dual powder cartridges with parallel conveying and up to four recycling units running at 90 L/h each — up to 360 L/h combined. That keeps large builds fed and recovers unused powder, supporting near-continuous metal production on the large platform.
What layer thickness and atmosphere does it use?
