The Oryx SCA3600 is an industrial, high-throughput station that automatically removes dissolvable support material from large or many FDM and PolyJet 3D-printed parts. A heated 102 L bath dissolves the support on a timed cycle — no IPA, no hand-picking — the large-format version of the desktop SCA1200HT.

Heated presets + No-Heat mode
Presets at 50, 60, 70 and 85 °C speed dissolution, while a No-Heat mode supports PolyJet SUP706 at room temperature. Match the temperature to the material without cooking delicate parts.
Patented flow, protects fine features
A patented spray-flow design covers parts evenly; an included flow reducer lowers the flow for intricate or fragile geometry, so support dissolves without stressing thin walls. Water-based, no IPA.

Heated dissolution
The patented spray flow circulates the detergent solution around the parts, dissolving soluble support evenly — use the flow reducer for delicate geometry.

Rinse and unload
Roll out the cart, lift the basket, rinse, and unload clean parts with the support gone — ready for inspection or the next stage.

What does the SCA3600 do?
The Oryx SCA3600 is an industrial, high-throughput station that automatically removes dissolvable support material from 3D-printed parts. Parts sit in a large stainless basket inside a heated 102 L tank, where an agitated water-plus-detergent solution dissolves the support on a timed cycle. It is the large-format version of the desktop SCA1200HT, built for big parts or high volume.
Is this a resin or IPA wash station?
No. The SCA3600 is built for FDM/FFF and PolyJet parts, dissolving soluble support around ABS, ASA, PC, nylon and PEEK using a water-based caustic detergent (such as Stratasys WaterWorks/EcoWorks) — no IPA or flammable solvents. It is also used to dissolve printed molds and supports in workflows such as Freeform Injection Molding.
How much bigger is it than the SCA1200HT?
The SCA3600 holds 27 gallons (102 L) versus the SCA1200HT’s 12.2 gallons, and its 16 × 16 × 14 in basket is roughly double the volume. It adds a 4 × 4 × 4 in small-parts basket, a rolling cart for fill and drain, field-replaceable sub-assemblies for uptime, and a No-Heat mode. Choose it for large parts or higher throughput.
Does it have a No-Heat mode?
Yes. Alongside heated presets of 50, 60, 70 and 85 °C, the SCA3600 has a No-Heat mode that supports PolyJet SUP706 support material at room temperature. That lets you process temperature-sensitive parts and PolyJet workflows without heating the bath.
What support solution and detergent does it use?
The SCA3600 runs water-soluble/caustic support-removal concentrates — "from water to caustics," including Stratasys WaterWorks/EcoWorks — with no IPA or flammable solvents. The stainless tank handles caustics, so there is no explosion-proof requirement. Additive Plus supplies the detergent and advises the concentration for your material.
