KSPA12 is a premium white PA12 nylon powder for laser sintering (SLS). Fine ~50 µm powder with high sphericity and fluidity, it sinters into clean white parts with strong, durable mechanicals — and holds its mechanical properties, surface finish and colour even at near-full powder reuse. White PA12 is for CO₂ / infrared (IR) SLS systems. In those machines it sinters into clean, strong white parts.
It does not sinter under blue / 450 nm diode lasers — for blue-diode systems you need a grey or black grade instead. If your printer uses a blue diode laser, talk to our materials engineer first and we’ll source and qualify the right dark grade for you.
KSPA12 runs on industrial CO₂/IR powder-bed SLS systems with adjustable melt and bed parameters.
