The Carbolite Gero AX is a range of bench-mounted fan-convection laboratory ovens with a 250°C maximum operating temperature, available in three chamber sizes — 28, 66 and 128 litres. Fan convection gives rapid, uniform heating (±5°C at 250°C, roughly a 23-minute heat-up and 3-minute recovery), and a chemically resistant stainless-steel liner stands up to routine lab chemistry. The R38 digital PID controller sets and holds temperature; optional over-temperature protection and a countdown timer make the oven safe for unattended runs. In an additive workflow the AX is a workhorse for drying feedstock, conditioning samples and low-temperature annealing of polymer parts.

Fan-convection uniformity
Forced-air circulation holds ±5°C at 250°C with a 23–26 min heat-up and 3 min recovery after the door is opened — consistent results across the whole chamber.
Chemically resistant chamber
A stainless-steel liner and airtight silicone door seal resist the fumes and residues of routine lab work, and clean up quickly between jobs.
Three bench sizes
28, 66 and 128 L chambers take two shelves as standard (up to four or eight accepted), and units can be stacked with an optional frame to save bench space.
R38 digital PID control
