A patented PU continuous loop belt carries a whole print job through the chamber without manual handling. The S2 runs unattended around the clock — the throughput a polymer production floor needs.
Five nozzles, uniform finish
Five strategically placed nozzles blast parts evenly as the belt carries them, so results do not depend on operator technique. A rotary screen drum does the final de-media and de-powder cleaning.
Manufacturer-independent
Processes powder-bed polymer parts — SLS, MJF and HSS — from any brand of printer. Load a full build and the line cleans and finishes it regardless of who printed it.
Maximum media efficiency
Intelligent abrasive recirculation and preparation minimize consumption; the upgraded version moves up to 25% more media. Fully enclosed and ≤78 dB(A) for the production floor.

Continuous blast on the belt
The PU loop belt carries parts past five nozzles for even depowdering and surface finishing. Intelligent media recirculation keeps the process fed and consistent.
Screen drum & unload
A rotary screen drum separates residual powder and media for a clean, uniform surface. Finished parts come off ready to inspect — no manual de-media step.
