About this product

AI research software

Your lab already has the answer — spread across COAs, analyzer exports, build logs and papers. URIQA puts them in one project, works through them with you, and drafts the report with every number traced to the file it came from. When a customer, auditor or reviewer asks “how do you know?”, the answer is one click away.

Built by materials scientists. URIQA was created by materials scientists who work in additive manufacturing. An example project asks why reused Ti-6Al-4V powder can fail the Grade 23 specification while it still looks fine, drawing on three open-access studies and six application notes on Verder Scientific equipment, with every finding traceable to its source.

What your lab gains

Reports that hold up to review

Every number and claim cites the file, table or paper behind it. Findings the AI drafted stay marked until you have reviewed them.

Errors caught before they ship

URIQA checks the claims in your notes against your data and flags what does not match — an outlier, a glitching sensor, a number the data does not support.

Hours back on literature

Hand an agent your question: it searches and reviews the literature and keeps every source and decision on the record for you to check.

Nothing lost when people move on

Files, findings, maps and drafts pass to the next student or engineer as one independent project copy, not a folder of loose files.

Client-ready under your name

URIQA Professional puts your logo, headers and footers on every Word, PDF and PowerPoint export.

Low cost to try

The Free plan includes every AI feature. Students and educators get URIQA Research for $149 a year after verification.

How it works

1 · Bring it in PDFs, Word, spreadsheets, images and instrument exports, uploaded or linked from Google Drive and OneDrive. Files it could not fully read are flagged, not skipped.

2 · Work it out Ask across the whole project — calculations run on your own tables. Keep notes apart from findings, chart replicates with error bars, and map what supports or contradicts each hypothesis. Agents can run a literature review with the method on record.

3 · Write it up Draft reports and slide decks with numbered citations, export to Word, PDF and PowerPoint, and hand a colleague an independent copy of the whole project.

See it on a real project: reused Ti-6Al-4V powder

Screens from one URIQA project: why reused Ti-6Al-4V powder can fail the Grade 23 specification while it still looks fine. It draws on three open-access studies and six instrument application notes, and every finding traces back to its source.

URIQA answer: powder oxygen reaches the 0.13 wt% Grade 23 limit at build 8, with a linear fit and cited sources
Ask across the project. URIQA fits the oxygen data, finds the build where powder reaches the Grade 23 limit, and cites the table it used.

Where it fits in an additive manufacturing lab

  • Powder lot review — certificates of analysis, particle size and shape exports from a CAMSIZER and the spec sheet, compared in one place.
  • Powder reuse decisions — the data from each reuse cycle next to the literature, as in the Ti-6Al-4V Grade 23 example above.
  • Failure analysis of printed parts — fracture photos, test results and build records tied to each conclusion.
  • Research output — papers, thesis chapters, sponsor reports and lab-meeting decks drafted from the same evidence.

Examples of how labs can use URIQA’s general features; URIQA is not a dedicated powder or build-data system.

What is URIQA?
URIQA is an AI research workspace for R&D, testing and QC labs and university research groups. It keeps files, lab data and literature in one project and drafts reports and slide decks in which every claim cites its source.
Who makes URIQA?
URIQA was created by materials scientists who work in additive manufacturing.
How much does URIQA cost?
There is a Free plan at $0. URIQA Research costs $19.99 a month or $199 a year, URIQA Professional $49.99 a month or $499 a year, and Enterprise is priced on request. Students and educators pay $14.99 a month or $149 a year after verification.
Do paid URIQA plans get better AI?
No. Every plan, Free included, gets every AI feature. Paid plans add projects, storage and monthly AI credits; URIQA Professional adds your logo to reports and decks.
Can URIQA read data from a particle analyzer?
URIQA reads spreadsheets, data files, PDFs and images. If your analyzer exports results in one of these formats, you can add them to a project next to certificates, specifications and papers.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. URIQA states that files and projects are never used to train AI models and are never sold. Content relevant to a request is sent over an encrypted connection to a commercial model provider such as Google or OpenAI.
Can I use URIQA for ITAR or CUI data?
Not by default. URIQA is not intended for ITAR-controlled technical data, Controlled Unclassified Information or classified material unless agreed with URIQA in writing.
Can I share a project with a colleague?
Yes. On every plan you can send an independent copy of a project, including files, notes, findings, maps and drafts. Managed shared workspaces are part of Enterprise.
