The system is designed for hardness verification across the whole crankshaft: stroke bearings and main bearings through 360°, the sides of guide bearings, and sprockets — including flank testing on features a fixed indenter cannot reach. Stored programs, cross-laser test-point location and the indenter extension keep every test consistent, while the QPIX platform records results and links them to the scanned part.
