Automation, control and data management
The plant runs on a Siemens S7 control with all axes servo-controlled and a joystick for manual positioning, a 12″ touch-screen display and the QPIX T12 software platform. Data management covers statistics (bar graph, progression, histogram), CSV export of the measurement list, an A4 PDF test protocol with direct print-out, USB storage and a data link to ERP systems and databases with order registration and target/actual value handling.
