Optimized for LPBF, this powder provides stable recoating, minimal spatter, and predictable layer fusion, supporting consistent build quality across production runs.

The alloy composition (Fe balance, 16.71 % Cr, 10.63 % Ni, 2.3 % Mo) delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and robust mechanical performance after heat treatment: ultimate tensile strength 590 MPa, yield strength 380 MPa, elongation 60 %, and hardness 200 HV. Controlled oxygen levels (≤800 ppm) further enhance powder flow and reproducibility.
