What the Version D upgrade is

Version D of the Sygnis F-NIS 23151 keeps the pneumatic printhead, the heated 10 ml cartridge and the UV 365/405 nm module of Version C and replaces the heated glass bed with a cooled platform that holds from −15 °C up to ambient temperature. The upgrade kit brings an existing F-NIS to that configuration, so you keep your machine, your slicer profiles and your calibrated materials and add the option of printing onto a cold platform.

Where the kit stops — and what to take instead

On Version D the platform cools; according to the Sygnis comparison it does not heat to 120 °C as the glass bed of Versions A, B, C and E does. If your materials need a hot bed as well, ask us before you order. Version D includes the UV module and the heated 10 ml head; on an A or B machine these come as the UV module and the Heat module, and we confirm what your machine needs before the order. If you do not own an F-NIS yet, order Version D directly on the F-NIS 23151 card. For two materials in one print, look at the upgrade to Version E; for two-component pastes and thermoplastic supports, at the Sygpast.
