What These Dispensing Tips Do
Teflon-lined dispensing tips are designed for enhanced flow and work well with multi-phase pastes or materials that contain solid particles. The internal PTFE lining prevents clogging and keeps extrusion consistent. The smaller bore also suits low-viscosity materials, and the color-coded tip lets operators identify it at a glance.

When should I use Teflon-lined tips instead of stainless tips?
Choose Sygnis F-NIS Teflon-lined tips when you are dispensing multi-phase pastes or materials that carry solid particles — the internal PTFE lining resists clogging and keeps extrusion consistent where a plain metal bore might jam. For clean, low-viscosity or sterile fluids the electropolished stainless tips are usually enough; the Teflon lining pays off with sticky, filled or abrasive materials.
What is the tip made of and what bore size is it?
The tip has a polypropylene hub and a stainless-steel cannula with an internal Teflon (PTFE) lining. This version has a 0.25 mm bore, color-coded pink, and a 25.4 mm length. It connects to Sygnis F-NIS syringe barrels through a luer-lock thread.
How are the Teflon-lined tips sold?
Teflon-lined dispensing tips are sold in packs of 20. They are consumables used with Sygnis F-NIS syringe barrels, pistons and luer-lock tip caps, which are ordered separately so you can build the dispensing set your job needs.
