ATO LAB PLUS ULTRASONIC METAL ATOMIZER
ATO LAB Plus is a unique compact machine for metal powders production using the latest ultrasonic atomization technology. This revolutionary solution enables the rapid production of metal powders with a narrow particle size distribution. ATO LAB Plus can produce several hundred grams of metal powder per hour, with particle sizes ranging from 20 to 120 microns. The hermetically sealed process chamber allows the production of powders of reactive metals and their alloys, such as titanium or aluminum. The production is based on ultrasonic atomization technology. In this way, powders can be produced with almost any particle size limitation. The ATO LAB Plus has compact dimensions, which allow it to be used efficiently even in small research laboratories. The ATO LAB Plus is no larger than an ordinary office cupboard. ATO LAB Plus is equipped with specialized, versatile and user-friendly software, and the operator can control the process from the touch screen display. The main objective was to create a system that can be used even by a novice. The new MBRFS module provides greater efficiency with a multiple bar feed mechanism, an automatic magazine feeder for the use of multiple bars n a single atomization process.

The CAMSIZER X2 particle size and shape analyzer
The CAMSIZER X2 is a powerful, extremely versatile particle size and shape analyzer with a wide measuring range that combines state-of-the-art camera technology with flexible dispersion options. Based on the principle of Dynamic Image Analysis (ISO 13322-2), the CAMSIZER X2 provides precise particle size and shape information of powders, granules, and suspensions in a measuring range from 0.8 μm to 8 mm. The CAMSIZER X2 produces a particle flow which is characterized by an optical system with high resolution. An ultrabright LED stroboscopic light sources and two high-resolution digital cameras achieve a frame rate of more than 300 images per second, which are evaluated in real time by a powerful software. Thus, the CAMSIZER X2 captures the images of hundreds of thousands to several millions of particles with the highest accuracy within only 1 to 3 minutes. The CAMSIZER X2 provides a wide selection of particle information which allows for comprehensive and reliable characterization of the sample material. It is suitable for use in R&D as well as for routine tasks in quality control.

A50 Metal 3D Printer is equipped with optional multi-laser system: a powerful laser 500W (or 1000 W) at 1064 nm and an innovative 250W blue laser at 445 nm. The blue laser ensures finer details and smoother surface finishes, ideal for demanding applications.
Available variation system with 900 C platform temperature allows to print with hard melting alloys.
