What your process engineer actually checks

Locked, traceable lot chemistry

A COA on request documents PSD, sphericity, flow rate, apparent density, and full chemistry — and a lot number you can trace.

A materials engineer on the line

Questions on ferrite content, flowability, recyclate ratios, or HIP response? A materials engineer answers directly — not a contact-form bot. NDA standard.

About this product

GRX-810 is a NASA-developed nickel-cobalt-chromium-tungsten oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) alloy for laser powder bed fusion (LPBF), supplied by Carpenter Additive as a coated powder. It combines high strength at temperature with resistance to oxidizing environments up to 2400°F (1316°C).

According to the NASA-developed data sheet published by Carpenter, at 2000°F (1093°C) GRX-810 provides about twice the strength of superalloys 718 and 625 and more than 1000× longer creep rupture life in the build direction. Its microstructure stays stable up to its melting temperature.

Why teams buy this powder from Additive Plus
