LPBF metal 3D printers — from a $59,000 benchtop system to multi-laser production machines. Laser powder bed fusion melts metal powder directly with a laser, so parts come out fully dense in one step, with no debinding and no sintering. We design and assemble the AO Metal line in the USA and we are the US supplier for Farsoon. Prices below are real list prices, not “contact us”.
AO Metal A30 — $59,000 at 200 W, $64,000 at 300 W. Benchtop, Ø30 × 60 mm, 1064 nm fiber laser, 110 V, argon under 2 L/min. For alloy development, test coupons and teaching laboratories — a trial build takes about 71 g of 316L.
AO Metal A50 — from $89,000. Floor-standing, Ø50 × 100 mm, 300–1000 W, with an optional 445 nm blue laser and 900 °C heated platform — what makes copper, gold and silver workable.
AO Metal A100 — from $99,000. Floor-standing, Ø100 × 100 mm, 300–1000 W, the same blue-laser and heated-platform options, larger parts.
Farsoon — from the compact FS121M to the FS721M, configured to order. Production LPBF up to 720 × 420 × 420 mm with multi-laser configurations, for serial parts and large geometries.
Every AO Metal system includes AO Build Studio, a spare-parts kit, warranty and training, and arrives with the print programs our team has already validated for your alloys. Lead time is 8–14 weeks, and financing and leasing are available. Universities, colleges and schools receive academic pricing — 5% below list on the printer. A refundable $4,500 deposit holds a production slot and is credited against the order.
