What the system tests

The system is designed for hardness verification across the whole crankshaft: stroke bearings and main bearings through 360°, the sides of guide bearings, and sprockets — including flank testing on features a fixed indenter cannot reach. How does it reach hard-to-reach test points?

Which hardness methods does the crankshaft tester use?

Scanning a part selects the correct test program and links every hardness result to that part, giving closed-loop traceability from the incoming crankshaft to the stored measurement record.

Yes. The crankshaft hardness tester is fully integrated into your quality management system, so results are logged automatically against the scanned part and can be forwarded to your database or ERP.
